The office is located on the SW corner of Gaylord & Dallas Parkway (Tollway) – next to the “Starwood Medical Offices” building. We share the same parking lot.
Enter parking lot from Dallas Parkway, just south of Gaylord
Park in Visitor Parking near building. Take elevator to 3rd floor.
Tell receptionists “I’m here to see Pennie Vail”. There is no need to give your name or appointment time. Make yourself comfortable in reception area.
Receptionists will be glad to let you know the location of restrooms as well as our kitchen where you will find coffee & water (complimentary) and sodas & snacks (vending machines).
