I am an "in network" provider for Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Cigna Healthcare and Cigna Behavior Health! I am also an EAP (Employee Assistance Program) provider for Cigna and Aetna.

Before your first appointment, please call the phone number on the back of your ID card to find out the amount of your co-pay, if your deductible has been met and whether you need an authorization for the appointment.

If your deductible has been met, you will only be responsible for your co-pay! If you need an authorization for the appointment, please bring that number with you on the day of your appointment.

If you have mental health insurance with a carrier other than Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield or Cigna, you will be responsible for the session ($140 for initial session, $110 for all other 50 minute sessions) and I will provide you with a receipt that you can forward to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Please be prepared to pay the appropriate amount on the day of your appointment. I accept cash, check and credit cards.
